  3. Tomato - 1no
  4. GingerGarlic Paste - 1 1/2 tsp
  5. BayLeaves - 1 to 2 nos
  6. Cloves - 3 nos
  7. Cinnamon - 2 nos
  8. Cardamon - 1 no
  9. Star Rinse - 2 nos
  10. FennelSeeds(Sombu) - 1/4 tsp
  11. GreenChilli - 2 nos

  13. RedChilliPowder - 1tsp
  14. CorianderPowder - 1/2 tsp
  15. Mutton Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  16. TurmericPowder - 1/4 tsp
  17. CurryLeaves - 5 to 6 nos
  18. CorianderLeaves - 2 stks
  19. Oil
  20. Salt to taste

Method:
Wash & clean the mutton pieces ,then add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste to that & cook it in a pressure cooker for 4 to 5 whistles (until its cooked soft).Cook the mutton & keep it aside. Add oil in a kadai & add cloves ,cinnamon, cardamon, bayleaves ,fennel seeds(sombu),star rinse & fry for seconds ,Now add the ginger garlic paste followed by chopped onions , green chillies , curry leaves & 1 stk coriander leaves & aloow it to fry till onions turn golden brown . Then add the tomatoes ,stir for 1 min & then add the red chilli powder , coriander powder, mutton masala powder, required amount of salt & stir well & put the stove in medium flame ,do not keep in high flame . Now add little water & make it a gravy & cook for another 5 to 6 mins , the oil cums on sides. Now add the cooked mutton to the gravy & give a stir ,so that the mutton sticks with the garvy .After 5 mins add the coconut milk& required amount of water to it & check for salt & allow the gravy to cook in low flame for 8 to 10 mins. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
Another method in this mutton gravy is we can add coconut paste & make the gravy thick . Method for this gravy is -- before adding the cooked mutton to the onion tomato gravy , add the coocnut paste & fry for another 5 mins( so that the raw smell will go ) & then add the cooked mutton pieces & required amount of water & cook asusual.Garnish it with coriander leaves. This goes well with white rice ,parota,chapathi.Enjoy.....
