- Spinach - 1 bunch
- Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 2 to 3 cloves
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad Dal -1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 4 to 5 nos
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Dry Red Chillies - 1 no
- Onions(finely chopped)- 1/4 cup
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Coconut Milk(thick) - 1 to 2 tsp (Optional)
- Salt to Taste
While cooking Spinach do not cover the pan with the lid ......Just my small tip.......
